High Country Stables would like to help you get through the holidays and into the new year by offering special pricing on stalls and our paddocks through April 30, 2010 for new boarders!
* Regular stalls w/runs in both barns normally $395.00 per month will be $365.00 per month through April 30, 2010!!
* Large stalls w/runs in main barn normally $425.00 per month will be $395.00 per month through April 30, 2010!!
* Box stalls normally $400.00 per month will be $370.00 per month through April 30, 2010!!
* Private North paddocks w/shelters normally $350.00 per month will be $325.00 per month through April 30, 2010!!
* Regular-sized shared paddocks normally $275.00 per month will be $250.00 per month through April 30, 2010!!
All board includes hay (grass and/or alfalfa), up to 6 flakes per day. If you provide grain and bag it into feedings, we will be happy to throw it for you! All stalls are cleaned twice per day. All paddocks are cleaned once per day. All holidays specials are available to new boarders only - regular rates will apply beginning May 1, 2010 unless you opt for the 3- or 6-month prepay plan.
You must ask for the HOLIDAY BOARDING SPECIAL at the time of signing the contract. Current Coggins and proof of currently vaccinations required.

**NEW HAUL-IN/DAILY BOARDING OPTION**
After many requests, High Country Stables has decided to offer selective and limited daily haul-in service by reservation only Monday-Friday and Sunday. We will provide a box stall for the day, and you will have full use of the outdoor arenas, indoor arena, round pens, boarder's lounge, etc. Check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m. and check-out will be by 6:00 p.m. You will supply your own hay for the day and your own water buckets. Proof of current Coggins and current vaccinations will be required when registering in advance and will be kept on file. $25.00 (cash) per horse/per day. Lessons and training are available as well. (No stallions)
Winter is here Everyone has been enjoying riding outside in the beautiful weather, but we have some cold days sneaking in every now and then!! A lot of our CSU students from previous years have returned, and we have several new student boarders because we have a GREAT location for CSU students. We currently have 2 opening in our large stalls with large runs, which have sliding doors on them. We currently have 2 openings in our private paddocks, and we have several openings in our shared paddocks. We do have some availability in our regular stalls w/runs and box stalls, so reserve yours now while we still have openings. Make sure you get settled in before winter hits hard so you can take advantage of our indoor heated arena, attentive care for your horse, high-quality hay, and great atmosphere! Month-to-month boarding agreements, no long-term contracts unless you opt for our prepaid 3- or 6-month prepaid discount! If you are looking for a great place for your horse and a relaxed fun atmosphere for you, check us out!! We have GREAT boarders! NO barn drama, no snobby boarders, just a great place where you can relax and enjoy your horse without having to spend a lot of money on gas driving back and forth to the barn! We have quite a few CSU students who even bike to the barn! Spend your time with your horse, not on the busy road burning gas and be able to ride all year round with a great bunch of boarders!! We have a fantastic group of women boarders who ride together both on and off the property and get together for lunch, dinner, etc. Our CSU students are great! We have a great relaxed and friendly atmosphere that is very welcoming to families with children as well.

Stalls in main barn have automatic waterers. Stalls are cleaned twice daily. Paddocks are cleaned once daily. Feeding is at 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All board includes hay (grass and/or grass/alfalfa mix) If grain is provided, we will be happy to feed this for you if bagged into daily feedings.
We have a heated indoor arena (180x60), large lighted outdoor arena, smaller outdoor arena, several turn-out areas, 2 round pens (1 large enough to ride in), hot-water wash rack, washer and dryer for boarders, mosquito/fly system in main barn, boarder's lounge with restroom, vending machines, microwave, toaster oven, couches and tables, wireless Internet, and much more! Do you like trail riding? We have riding access to the Poudre River trail system and several trail riders always looking for new trail buddies! Onsite tack store to be opening soon which will offer discounts and specials to our boarders!
Professional horse training in all disciplines for show or pleasure available with Stefanie Flutie and Maureen Kudola. Stefanie and/or Maureen can start your young horse, tune-up your trained horse, or work with you in training in any direction you want to go!
We have several independent trainers, all with professional liability insurance, providing lessons in various disciplines at all levels. Lessons are available with Stefanie Flutie in English, Western, Hunter/Jumper, and Saddleseat for show and pleasure. Lessons are also available with Maureen Kudola using dressage basics for all English disciplines and specifically in dressage. Horses are available for lessons or lessons are available on your own horse as well if you are boarding with us.
We are offering a beginner program for children ages 4-11. This program is for children who want to learn EVERYTHING about horses, not only learning how to ride, but all about basic safety around horses, ground manners, tacking up, horsemanship, grooming, horse anatomy and health, parts of the tack, etc. Certificates will be given as children advance from beginner to intermediate, and finally advanced levels of the children's beginner program. Lessons are $25.00 each for this program and last 45-60 minutes. Horses for sale, lease, or partial lease are always available.
We do provide overnight boarding for horses traveling through the area provided that all health papers, proof of current vacinations, and proof of current Coggins are available for well-behaved horses. The fee for this is $25.00 (cash only) in a box stall. (You provide your own regular feed and hay.)
