We have EXCELLENT trainers working out of our facility here at High Country Stables, all of whom carry professional liability insurance. Lessons are available for all ages from beginner to experienced and showing in Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Saddle Seat, Western Pleasure, and just plain ole pleasure riding for trail! Do you have a horse that needs to be started from the ground up? Maybe a horse that just needs a tune-up? Maybe even a horse that needs to be polished for the show ring! Full Lesson/Training packages with Stefanie Flutie, Maurren Kudola, or Mette Buhl-Madsen (intern from Denmark):
3 times per week - $375.00 per month
4 times per week - $475.00 per month
5 times per week - $600.00 per month
Individual beginner children's lessons with Elise Smith - $25.00 per lesson
Individual lessons with Stefanie, Maureen, and Mette range from $30 - $40 per hour
Summer mini-camp with Mette - 3 hours per day - $60 per day
STEFANIE FLUTIE
Stefanie provides lessons for children and adults of all levels from beginner to advanced in Hunter/Jumper, Huntseat equitation and pleasure, Western equitation and pleasure, Saddle Seat, Pleasure riding, and Trail riding. Stefanie is also a respected trainer on the Morgan Horse circuit locally and nationally for showing and training clients and their horses in all disciplines. She grew up in South Florida showing and training under Pablo Gamboa, Juan Carlos Gamboa, Linda Smith, Peter Trappman (hunter/jumper) and she was a working student for Jeannette Sassoon (dressage.)

MAUREEN KUDOLA
Maureen provides lessons focusing on the proper dressage fundamentals as the basis for all English disciplines. Maureen has successfully competed in hunter and jumper shows and brought students to both local and ‘A’ shows. She recently spent time as a working student for certified European instructor and Grand prix jumper rider, Andras Szieberth.

ELISE SMITH
Elise Smith offers beginner/novice to intermediate lessons to ages wanting a solid foundation in equitation sports. Though Elise specializes in Dressage, she was a Pony Club member for sevens years, ending at the C1 level making her a competent dressage, jumping, and horse management instructor. She represented the Deep South Region Dressage Team at the 2005 National Pony Club Championships in Lexington, VA.
Lessons start at $25.00 per hour for the beginner children's program. Lessons are given on a year-round basis, as the facility Elise trains out of has an indoor arena. Please feel free to contact Elise at: 337-302-1810 for more information and to schedule lessons.
