We have many horses available for sale and for ON-SITE full or partial lease!  Several are owned by High Country Stables and some are owned by our boarders.  Many leasing options are available for riders of all levels. 

In most cases, leased horses cannot be removed from the property, but it varies with the horse/owner.  Some horses may be available for trail riding, others may be available for shows, while others must remain on the property at all times.  It is always suggested that you provide your own tack to insure availability.

Marco is a beautiful Morgan gelding owned by High Country Stables.  He is a great horse for intermediate beginner to advanced riders of all ages.  He can be ridden English or Western.  Marco is available on a partial lease basis of 1x weekly for $100 per month, 2x weekly for $200 per month, or 3x weekly for $300 per month.

*Available for on-site full lease, 16.2 hand American Warmblood. Rocky is a flashy 13-year-old chestnut gelding with lots of chrome. This lovely, personable gelding is an amazing jumper and has been shown on the A circuit in both the hunter and jumper ranks in FL. He has a great attitude with no vices under saddle. A solid 3' - 3'3" horse, he has been used for lessons, but Rocky needs his own person to really shine. Would be available to show this summer (must be accompanied by resident trainer). Great horse to move up with.  Solid intermediate rider a must.

Full lease requires the lessee to carry equine insurance (mortality at $10,000 and major medical at $5000), pay full board ($425), supply grain (high fat, low starch), pay for every-other-month worming, twice-yearly vaccinations, all farrier costs, etc.
