We have several horses available ON-SITE for full or partial lease!
Many leasing options are available for riders of all levels.
In most cases, leased horses cannot be removed from the property, but it varies with the horse/owner. Some horses may be available for shows if accompanied by one of our trainers, while others must remain on the property at all times. It is always suggested that you provide your own tack and grooming equipment to insure availability.

Marco is a beautiful registered Morgan gelding with a very successful show career on the Morgan circuit. He is a great horse for intermediate beginner to advanced riders of all ages. He can be ridden English or Western. Marco also has become quite the hunter/jumper! Marco is available on a partial lease basis of 1x weekly for $100 per month, 2x weekly for $150 per month, or 3x weekly for $200 per month.

Clue is a beautiful registered Morgan gelding. Clue is appropriate for intermediate and advanced riders of all ages. He may be ridden either English or Western. Clue has been started over jumps and is great on trails.

Available for on-site partial or full lease, 16.2 hand American Warmblood. Rocky is a flashy 13-year-old chestnut gelding with lots of chrome. This lovely, personable gelding is an amazing jumper and has been shown on the A circuit in both the hunter and jumper ranks in FL. He has a great attitude with no vices under saddle. A solid 3' - 3'3" horse, he has been used for lessons, but Rocky needs his own person to really shine. Would be available to show this summer (must be accompanied by resident trainer). Great horse to move up with. Solid intermediate rider a must.
Partial leases available: (include board, farrier, vet care)
1 day/week at $100/month; 2 days/week at $150/month; 3 days/week at $200/month; 4 days/week at $250 month
Full lease - exclusive use: $500/month (Full lease requires the lessee to carry equine insurance (mortality at $7,500 and major medical at $5000) if you plan to take him to shows, supply grain (high fat, low starch), pay for every-other-month worming, twice-yearly vaccinations, all farrier costs, etc. )

Erik is an 17.3 HH Dutch Warmblood, available for full or partial on site lease.
Erik is appropriate for an intermediate to advanced rider, in hunter/jumper or dressage disciplines only. Erik is a talented jumper up to 4 feet and trained in dressage to 3rd and 4th level.
